Livebait Waterloo is the original site which opened it's doors on September 6th 1995 – one of the first ‘market-driven’ fish restaurants in London it instantly caused a national stir in the restaurant business.

Now, nearly 15 years on, Livebait Waterloo still offers the same innovation with simple fresh fish that made it a famous niche in the restaurant scene in the 90’s.
